the capsule spilts in two . only the bigger end of the spilt capsule fits the proper side . I find it easier to do them individually into the holder. once you have all the 100 in the correct size holder then fill the thinner capsule with desired content..place the orange section over the bigger half ..place together and simply just down..I use coconut oil in mine and let it set before closing together..can't help with powder forms but would image it would be the same..I would only try 1 or 2 rows till you get the feel and know how of it ..after that you'll be fine with doing the full tray. sometimes they don't always connect together..maybe 90/100ish always work first time though. the rest you simply just put together by hand for quickness.

Usually capsule sizes are 0, 00 ,1 and 2 so you will need to ask the manufacturer if they do a size 0.2 as I think it will be the same as a size 2
