Most regretful purchase ever. Not effective as advertised.

Seems a good product. Time will tell but didn't like the fact that it had clearly leaked and was all crusty around the lid and bottle so don't know how long it's been exposed to air.

Disappointed, not much moisture, no visible difference

At first I thought it would not work on my skin , however after some period of time my acne started fading away and I could go outside without feeling awkward eventually. I am on my second bottle now

Like everything else, it’s hard to know if it’s doing anything or not. It’s a bit sticky, and overpriced I think. A bit of a meh product.

This is a really easy to use and effective serum that I would certainly recommend, particularly for ageing skin, as it helps with brightness and moisture. The serum itself is very simple to apply, as it comes with a small built-in pipette. Because of the acid ingredient in it, which is highly effective, you do need to be very careful about sun exposure, as it will increase the skin's propensity to burn. I would definitely recommend using a moisturiser after the serum that has a decent SPF. Having used this serum for a number of days now, I can confirm that my skin does appear smoother and softer and certainly the areas of unevenness in tone and colour are strongly reduced. Despite having fairly reactive skin, I have no side effects from using this serum, although I did do a patch test on my wrist the day before starting using it just to be sure. I really think that the quality of this product and its ingredients, which all seem to be high-end and natural, does mean that this is good value for money despite the perhaps high price tag. Certainly the results I have seen do speak for themselves and I will continue to use this product in the future.

Glow-C Tranexamic Acid Serum by Facetheory. This is an amazing serum that works. It is unscented and comes in a 30ml bottle. The serum contains 5% Tranexamic Acid, Liquorice Root Extract, and vitamin C. A great solution to even-tone the skin, removing dark spots and brightening the complexion. It helps rejuvenate skin with regular use. The serum absorbs into the skin well. The skin feels soft and smooth. The serum does not feel heavy or sticky after application. An excellent and effective serum for healthy and brighter skin. A bit pricey at £27.00, but worth the price.
