For a 6-month old, I think they’re too big for him to hold now but they won’t be in the future. I like the different textures the balls come in and think they will be great in the water and on the ground. I like the cups that stack too. Right now, he likes clanging the colorful cups together and pushing a few of the balls around. The items are easy to clean too. I wanted them for teething but I don’t see how they could be used for that. There is one ball with plastic spikes but those spikes are pretty hard and short - I don’t see him putting that in his mouth to teeth on and when he did put it in his mouth, he pulled it right out. He does like to put the balls up to his mouth and drool on them.It’s a fun, colorful, entertaining set but I don’t think it’s for teething.

Good sensory set for babies. Colorful. The balls are hard plastic not squishy. Comes with some animal shaped stackable cups too.

My grandson loved getting this set for his first birthday. You can go wrong with a ball… even better to have a number of bright colorful balls.

I got the sensory balls for my 9 month old granddaughter and she loves them. I introduced them day by day until she had them all out . She likes to squeeze them flat sometimes and watch the air go back in them. She chews on them too.

These are decent quality for the price. They don't look cheap and the rubbery/plastic-ish texture doesn't collect lint like I've seen in some toys like this. My son is 11 months old and he seems to like them. They are easy for him to grab and hold. We've been teaching him to roll the ball and a few of the balls in this pack were perfect for the task.

Anyone looking for an present for a baby this Christmas this is a good one!! I recently bought this for my nephew, I have two young boys myself, and these things are STILL played with. It’s so great for their fine motor skills and gripping their hands, but I do love how it can be used for teething as well. If you also have a child who very aware of their senses and likes to feel the different textures this is nice, hence SENSORY balls. Pretty much their name explains why this is a good but simple gift.
