Incredibly high in protein, very little calories! Doesn’t really have a taste but smells like fermented feet. Scoop is hard to find in the bag. It dissolves best in room temp water, hot liquids like milk or hot water make it clump up and cold liquids make it clump up. Stuff with the consistency of yogurt or ranch mix perfectly with it. It’s rather convenient to use. It has no texture (unless it clumps up and then it’s like semi dried clay clumps blended into water). I haven’t used it long enough to notice significant improvements in my injured knees but I believe it’s helping me recover from injuries faster and preventing them.

Pretty good product. Disolves pretty well / almost instantly. No clumping, no taste. Makes coffees smoother in taste if added. Almost like creamer (not a creamer). I take collagen daily and changed to this label after my original brand went up astronomically. Same quality. I guesse it works. I'm 45 and being still very flexible, good skin, joints, minimum wrinkles. Also I care for my body a while as I was professional dancer. So kept eye on my functioning forever. Overall definitely recommend.

I agree with posts saying that this product doesn't dissolve. The good side is that it has no flavour, so you can mix it with your coffee or another drink, but it is VERY hard to dissolve. It's impossible to mix just with your spoon, so I bought a little mixer specially for drinks, but it still didn't work properly. It's the only thing they need to fix.

Costs a little less, but this does not dissolve easily! I put one scoop in a cup of hot coffee and just that amount will clump! I guess you get what you pay for…I will pay the little extra.

I just switched from Walgreen's version of Vital Proteins collagen and although I haven't used it long, I can say for certain this one is truly tasteless! I didn't understand how people were putting this in coffee or water before because the one I was using had a very distinct taste, but this brand did a great job with their formula being inconspicuous in drinks! I just squirt a little sugar-free water flavoring in a glass of water and drink it first thing in the morning. It's actually been a nice addition to my morning routine! I really want to give this a full effort, so I am doing the most - 3 TBSP twice a day. Like I said, I haven't used it long, almost a week, so I can't comment on the actual results as of yet, but if I notice that it's working, whether good or bad, I'll come back to update!! I just wanted to let others know this is a great option if taste/food aversions are an issue for you! Oh, texture too! It fully dissolves!!

Product is bordering on tasteless, helps joint my knee joints. I found stirring my coffee vigorously while adding the collage practically eliminates lumps. Hair seems thicker as an added bonus. I tried a more expensive product but I had some bloating and discomfort, so far no issues with Intelligent Health. Keine Empfehlung von mir! Rücksendung leider nicht möglich, sonst hätte ich das getan. So wandert es in den Müll. And for all the English speakers: don’t buy if you want to enjoy a good tasting, clump free coffee.

I have skin conditions that I've nearly died from in the past. I started adding this collagen powder to Muller Protein Mousse to try to counteract some of the damage to my skin and it has really helped. My nails also grow really quick now. I'm pretty sure it's helped the health of my hair too. So overall, try it and see if it works for you! I don't think it'll do anything if you don't actually have any skin, hair or nail issues. It's not plastic surgery.
