I bought this ink in august-it ran out of ink in october. i rarely print anything! maybe a list here & there. why does it run out so quickly?

I have had same issues. The ink in a years time is 6x the cost of the printer. I just purchased a Brother laser printer the 48.00 toner cartridge prints 1200 copies. Much better to have.

I just bought this and the black ran out after maybe 10 pages....not big jobs. Any suggestions?

I have had the SAME exact problem. Now I wonder if it’s the printer or the ink. I’m not happy. At all. I have bought more ink in the last month and I haven’t printed very much, no picture quality; it seems like I may get maybe 10-20 prints. I had a HP and the ink lasted so much longer: so did my canon and that was pictures I printed.

Yes it does. I have the same printer. I have ordered this twice now.

I can't keep a Ford to buy ink every other week at this price is there a refurbished kind that is cheaper for the whole multi-pack?

I know...price is not cheap. There are refurbished options (available online) but I have not tried them yet. My past experience (with a previous Epson printer) was not great - hit or miss. When the printer/computer were not happy with the refurbished cartridges I had to discard them before they were empty. My advice would be -to think about getting a Laser printer. It is, as you can imagine, more expensive but the ink lasts forever...
