The SoundAsleep mattress is a top quality air mattress. I ordered 2 twin XL. It is perfect in size and length. I was also extremely pleased that it sits high so you are able to sit on it comfortably. I have tried other mattresses in the past and they were too short, low to the ground, and i “rolled” off of them. The SoundAsleep mattress is made like a regular mattress, with a comfortable edge around it. Comfortably fits an adult male or female. It is easy to travel with, compact in size and easy to store. Simple to operate , quick inflation and deflation. Excellent price for exceptional quality. “

The most comfortable air mattress I have ever slept on. We have purchased 6, given some to family, kept some for ourselves, got queens and a king. I had an issue with one very old mattress that needed replacing and a real person answered the phone, they replaced the mattress although it was out of warranty. We highly recommend! The air mattresses inflate and deflate quickly and easily, holds air to desired firmness. You will not be disappointed if you purchase these air mattresses, they are the perfect solution to have around when you need an extra bed.

I've used the air mattress at my in-laws house and found it very comfortable. It's easy to inflate, easy to deflate, and stores easily in small spaces. So I ordered one for myself in my new home six months ago and finally used it just a couple weeks ago. Unfortunately, the mattress wouldn't stay inflated! I followed the self-help instructions but there was obviously a tiny leak that I couldn't locate, so I called the manufacturer, SoundAsleep, not at all sure they'd be helpful given the elapsed time since my purchase. In fact, they were super helpful and super quick! Anyway, it's obviously a bummer to have a leak, but this one was so slow I can see how it evaded quality review. I'd use this company again because they stand by their products!

We loved having this air mattress, often using this for families visiting and the occasional friends' sleepovers. We recently noticed a leak at the seam on one end of the mattress, so we reached out to customer service at Sound Asleep. They were incredibly accommodating and quickly resolved our issue by sending a replacement mattress at no cost. Keep in mind - we purchased this over a year ago, and they were still willing to send a replacement! We're thrilled to continue using this air mattress since it's super durable, firm and comfortable. Looking forward to the replacement and to continue being happy customers with Sound Asleep!

This is a perfect size air mattress for my grandson, now 4 years old. He transitioned from a port a crib to this bed when he was 2 and loves it. I do not have to worry about him falling out of bed and he has his own cup holder. It is very comfortable and he sleeps well in it. It is easy to inflate and deflate with the air pump provided and retains the air. I usually keep it filled and ready for his next visit unless it is a long time away. I had one issue where the outside rimmed air mattress in connected to the inside sleeping area... got separated due to the 4-year-old jumping on the air mattress and hit that area. But when I contacted customer service, they listened to what I had to say and solved the issue. Excellent customer service. And I would recommend this air mattress for everyday use and camping. Great value for the price as well.

We got this for my granddaughter to use on trips and really loved it. It inflated easily, was a great size and my granddaughter loved it and slept well in it. Unfortunately, it already has a hole in it and won’t hold the air. No idea how the hole happened - we’ve been very careful with it.

Great product, even better service. Mattress is made out of high quality material, making it more comfortable and less squeaky while using. Pump is fast and powerful, and deflates with ease, which makes it more convenient for packing and traveling as you don’t have to fiddle with condensing to get back into its provided case. Premium item, but worth every penny.

As soon as I turned the pump on it smoke started to come out. I turned it off, manually deinflated and more smoke was coming out inside the air mattress. I took it outside and poured water on the pump and the smoke stopped.

Bought it for a weekend getaway. Inflated and deflated quickly. Light to move around. Feels more like a real bed than I was expecting. The mattress doesn’t make any noise when moving around, the motor might be a little loud for some. I’d compare it to a small vacuum. But less than 4 mins to fill it wasn’t a big deal at all. My only complaint would be the length. I’m 6’1, I got on the mattress, however, the edges are raised and can be a little bit annoying. I think a smaller topper (memory foam or pad) would fix that issue easily. I would definitely recommend this mattress.

Very convenient last Christmas. Reasonable price, readily available, fast delivery. My 66 year old sister said she slept comfortably and had no issues with this bed. Durable, easy inflation/deflation, small footprint to repack and stow away until next visit. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.
