Cornhusker Kitchen Premium Rendered Tub 1.5lbs (Duck Fat)

I’ve tried many kinds of lard before, but other brands were either too small or too big.The larger ones sometimes started to smell a bit off halfway through, so I couldn’t finish using them and had to throw them away.But this one is just the perfect size — and there’s absolutely no smell!

Chef here, I don’t use it in the restaurant but I do use it at home, switched from oils besides EVOO and it’s cheaper because it last longer, I get pork, duck and beef for all types of dinners and it’s great.

I love this stuff. Great for cooking. It's kinda thick when you pull it out of the fridge for use, so use a metal utensil to scoop it out. But it's melts nicely and cooks great. The tub lasts quite awhile. I'm only about halfway through mine. It's so much cheaper and better for you than olive oil or butter. I'm gonna keep ordering it.

Used in my homemade soaps/body butters, bison lather is so good for your skin. A lot of healing qualities and this product i will buy again!

The expiration date was six months if frozen. When it arrived, there was only one month left of that date.

Heavenly flavor. Well filtered and high quality. One star removed because the price point is so high.A more "comfortable" price point that would be 'fair' is around $16.
