Chalk Style Paint - for Furniture, Home Decor, Crafts - Eco-Friendly - All-in-One - No Wax Needed (Crinoline [Off White], Quart (32 oz))

I heard a lot about chalk paint but it is really just acrylic paint with no sheen. It covers OK but i should have thinned it out first. I went over each chair 3 times and probably the chairs needed 4 coats of paint. I should have spray painted them as there were drips that dried up. Chairs are not easy to paint due to the detailing. Overall I was not happy with the coverage and should have used a flat spray paint followed by a semi gloss white. but it was decent. I ordered so much because I needed to match the chairs and did not want to change makers mid stream in my project due to the colors which may not have been the same.

I have used this brand of paint without issue in the past. I purchased this beautiful white to paint a french provincial bedroom set. I cleaned, scuff sanded, cleaned again, primed with two coats and then was ready for paint. This color gave zero coverage! It took me 4 full coats + some areas I had to touch up. With this size container I should have easily had enough for the 4 pieces I painted. Ended up having to buy an 8 oz jar to complete my project.

I’m actually hesitant to purchase this paint because of the not so good reviews but I’m glad I did because it turned out to be beautiful!! My tv rack and wall decor had a total make over which turns the living room brighter! The paint itself is of good quality, it never chipped, it dries easily, and it’s easy to use(not too sticky or too diluted). I sure will buy more colors for future use!

I have painted my own furniture because I hate it if it takes several steps to prep it. I loved this paint because I did it all in one step, no sanding or prepping needed. Just clean the furniture and THATS IT! Not in the pictures is another side table that I also painted and it looks amazing! The paint has no smell, and it dried quick. The only heads up I can give is that it did need a second and sometimes a third hand, probably because how dark my furniture was! The finish is matte and I absolutely love it! **** I bought the 32oz paint in “Crinoline” color and used for both of my projects. I still have more than half my product left!

I used this for refinishing a vintage sewing desk & chair. I wish it had a smidge more pink undertone but it is still amazing. Looks superb. It goes on great and a little goes a really long way. I bought the big jar and have a good bit leftover after doing two coats on the furniture.
