Glass, not jade.
It's definitely glass, not jade as described. At $11.99, of course it's glass. The one I received even has visible bubbles in it. So it'll be safe to wear in the shower, pool etc just a bit more fragile.I like the color and fit so I'm happy enough.

not real jade
I knew from the price that this couldn't be real jade. I just wish sellers would be more upfront about it. I think this is glass, maybe. It has a very crisp sound while my real jade bangle makes a crystal-like ringing sound.Other than that, this is a decent bangle for the price. The color is a vibrant green that looks like high-end jade. There are little dimples all the way around that you can see since the surface is very shiny. It's still comfortable to wear, though. It fits my 6" wrist with plenty of space. I have average-sized hands (whatever that is), and it slides on easily but won't fall off.
