Excellent product, important repair note
The part works great, delivery was right on time. Now the important information: This Rug Doctor has worked in the hotel business for seven years, its seen hard times. However when maintenance is needed they easy to repair. One important note, the axle and wheels must be removed to access the pump and the axle nut must be destroyed to remove it. Fortunately the replacement is about $2 at any hardware store. Also the directions included are descriptive and easy to follow. One more important note, this is the first repair to this machine.
