I was tired of replacing cheaper crew socks every three month because of holes in the toes. These socks are a few bucks more expensive than the cheap ones I was buying, but I think their worth it. Very comfortable. The toes and soles are thick and heavily reinforced. The elastic around the ankles stays like it should. You'll notice the quality as soon as you put them on.

I was a lifelong fan of men’s Gold Toe black cotton socks until they changed materials. I’ve been in search of socks that wick moisture effectively and have a moderate amount of elastic. I’ve worn these socks about two weeks. I give them top ratings for moisture control. The jury’s out on how they will deliver on comfort after they have had a chance to wear in. My first impression was they felt comfortable minus the constriction of the arch elastic band and slightly over tight ankle elastic. The extra elastic required more pulling to get the socks on and off. Once on they do stay in place well but the constricting sensation detracts from an otherwise exceptional sock. I forgot about the constricting sensation during the day but I’m not sure if the circulation in my 70 year old feet and ankles was adversely affected. I’m guessing this might not be a concern with younger people. For now I’m just deducting one star. I can’t speak to their durability either. What I like most is the feeling of the material and how they keep my feet dry. For the price I think they are worth a try.

So far so good I have been a week on them. I walk 3-4 miles every day and they seem like they are helping my feet. I’m 71 years old.

Amazing socks — absolutely worth it! 🩵 I know socks aren’t normally something people write detailed reviews about, but in this case, I think it’s deserved! I’ve purchased these multiple times now for everyone in our household, as well as for my parents, who have diabetes and circulation concerns. The quality has been excellent. The elastic holds its shape wash after wash without stretching out or unraveling. They have just the right amount of firmness around the calves and keep your feet comfortably snug without twisting around your toes or slipping off your heel. The toe seams are also smooth and don’t dig in or cause irritation — something people with diabetes or sensitive feet may especially appreciate. My husband wears steel-toe work boots and is incredibly hard on socks. His have lasted about a year without holes or noticeable pilling! He especially likes the cushioning, the supportive fit around his calves, and the heel cups that actually stay in place after a long day in work boots. I love wearing mine with runners. The heel stays exactly where it should instead of sliding down or sticking out of the shoe, the seams don’t rub my toes or cause blisters, and I love the thickness. These are properly cushioned socks — definitely not thin or flimsy. Some people may find them a little expensive, but considering how well they’ve held up for our family, I think they’re excellent value for the money.
