This thing is great. Finally, a chair mat that doesn't slide around, get bent out of shape, doesn't hinder the wheels of the chair, it's quite a beautiful thing, it does the job way better than anything else I've ever tried. It is expensive, yes, but if getting your wheels caught in a cheap and lousy chair mat infuriates you the way it infuriates me, well then, this is worth the money,

This mat has been all the things that everyone raves about for a glass chair mat. Plus, this company knows how to package their product so it's not damaged in shipping (like the other brand). Only time is going to tell if it's worth the cost and eliminates the need for replacing chair mats. But I've had it a couple of months and I'm happy so far. My chair rolls effortlessly and I'm a plus size woman in a tank of a chair so that speaks for itself.

I got tired of cracking and replacing the plastic mats routinely so I decided to splurge and try one of these glass mats. Been using it almost nine months now and no complaints thus far. Supports me constantly rolling around on it and has held up dropping lighter items on it like phone and mouse. Being glass you want to obviously use caution with heavy items. Hopefully I can get years of use out of this vs only months with the plastic mats. One downside is it's really heavy so if your the type that likes to constantly rearrange your office then this probably is not a good choice.

Wonderful mat. Need a strong back to move it up the stairs but then it becomes a one-person job. Order the biggest mat you can because you eill want to roll all around the room!

After years of the typical plastic chair mats, we switched to bamboo ones. Went through two sets for two desks. Loved them initially, but they would always creep a few inches when rolling on them. Always adjusting but worth the firm surface to roll on. Eventually the bamboo would splinter off in pieces. Still worth the flat surface to roll on but wore shoes so not to get pieces stuck in my foot. Finally saw an ad (maybe on Facebook) for the Vitrazza mats and kept on my "next time" list. Absolutely love these and will NEVER use anything else. They stay put, look great, glide smoothly between desk and credenza. Cannot recommend these enough. You will not be disappointed. FYI - we purchased the premium clear version for a few dollars more. Not sure if a "greenish" tint would have bothered us with the carpet colors we have, but why not buy the top of the line! EXTREMELY HAPPY - just wish I purchased them when I first learned of them.

i have carpet on my office and honestly it was leaving very bad marks on my carpet because i have a gaming chair that is pretty heavy and i was not able to slide the chair on y carpet so after doing some research i saw this one and yes is pricey but worth it i just regret not going bigger. Very durable doesnt scratch at all and supports my weight plus the chair i weight around 160 but have heard of people bigger with no problem. If you care about looks and style this is the one for you. Else get simple plastic "ugly one" :)

I first saw a Vitrazza mat when I helped my uncle unpack one for his home office. I was quite impressed. Prior to this, I had been skeptical t a glass mat could be durable enough. As part of our year end office spending, I bought one for my primary work station this month. If you run the numbers this is a product that will outlast conventional floor mats and it provides a better surface for desk chairs than any mat I have ever had. I plan ti purchase a second mat for my other work station before year end.
