Most people know about the benefits of the traditional foam roller but this takes it to a whole new level!I heard about this from a friend that had purchased one and he persuaded me to give it a go. This product is actually amazing both me and my husband have tried this out iv tried it out doing my exercises with it as I do alot of working out and is really good for your back and your legs the most and my husband tried it out for his back as he suffers from back pain an awful lot and it's done wonders for him and eased his pain too I would definitely recommend to buy as it's a really good massarger the only bad point I would give it is that it's rather loud but apart from that it's really good.The charge and battery life on this lasts really long too and doesn't take too long to charge either.You also get a little carry bag with it so you can take it with you where ever you travel which is rather handy.Delivery was really fast got it the very next day was all package as it should be no faults.So yes overall I'm happy 😊 with this product.

Charged for the 2 hours stated prior to use, used for under 5 minutes, turned off for a few hours, then went to use again for 5 minutes and wouldn't turn on. Charged it again for 2 hours, turned on, worked for 5 seconds then died!! Absolutely awful. Whilst the product was good when used for 5 minutes, I'd expect a product life to be more than 5 minutes. Clearly a fault with the battery.Also tried to extend the warranty via the website on the card received, website either isn't working or doesn't exist.Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

I've been rehabbing my knee recently and caught this foam roller in the sale. It arrived quickly and was in great shape despite my regional mail service being awful.I've had this product for around 1-2 weeks now and wanted to really give it some time before reviewing. I've found the firmness to be great to really reach the deep tissues - there's no "give" to the roller which is exactly what I've been looking for. It might mean a tougher roll, but I didn't buy a foam roller for a good time: the stiff outer and lack of compression makes it really effective.If we're talking effectiveness then the added vibration is obviously the big deal. It feels fantastic when you find an adhesion/knot. After a minute on the top setting, I've found that they losen out quite a lot. I hurts less than a regular foam roller because of the vibes, and as I said at the start its been really useful for feeling mobile and limber around my injured knee again.The novelty and features of this product have both been really great. It's made foam rolling fun again (not an easy task) and I feel much better for it. I've enjoyed this product so far and I'm hoping it continues to deliver.

i was very impressed with this roller since receiving it as a christmas gift. Its firm, very much like my existing hard roller but with the added powerful vibration i found it took rollering to another level. Eased my aches after exercising much more effectively than normal rollering. I use it before and after exercise every day. Unfortunately the charger doesnt tell you whether it is actually working. there is no light/other indicator and i have just found that it has stopped working. Ive charged the roller twice since having it and only use it for 5 mins at a time so well within the time guidelines. I was just using it and it stopped. Have been charging it for 40 minutes and yet there is still no sign of life. I imagine this is a one off and will get another through the warranty as up until today think it is relly very good.

Using this to relieve back pain mainly, after osteopath recommended I get one. So glad I did. With use every 2-3 days my back pain has greatly reduced pretty quickly.At times I find I feel a little bruised the day after (it is very firm 'foam') but it has really helped with my spinal issue causing soft tissue pain. It has allowed my to stretch iut my spine.Daily misery has mostly gone and just slight discomfort at times, indicating I need to do another brief session with it.

I am a keen foam roller before and after Crossfit but I wanted to take it to the next level! This little beauty has helped me heaps after strenuous WODS, my recovery time has almost halved and I generally feel both stronger and looser in the body after using the vibrating foam roller over the past few months.Every time I use it I'm blown away with how powerful it is.
