I am 69 yrs old. 5.5" 167 lbs. I love this necklace for dressing up. I can have the jewel bow in front to hide my thyroid surgery scar and neck age lines, or wear jewel bow a little to the side of front of neck. Size is adjustable. This is not a cheap looking necklace. Well made. Great price!
