Late service
I was waiting for the technician.. but he never turned up. I had also called coustomer service 2-3 times ,they told me that I have to reschedule it and the technician will call but he never called. We had fix the shelf on our own. It was very good and the quality was also very nice,but it was super difficult to fix .

Pros:1. Good looking2. occupies less space3. good quality for money4. easy to cleanCons:1. Back of shelf shakes after putting all books so in long term may tilt or break2. need help for assembly which is chargeable @Rs 3003. Can be used for small size books only

Small sized shelfs . can't hold even normal size books or copies.
Shelfs can't accumulate even normal size books . I.e shelfs are very small in size. Complete waste of money . Build quality is okayish.
