Good treadmill. Excellent delivery.
My daughter and I really like this treadmill. Easy to use and quiet. Paying for the delivery + setup was worth every penny! Two men brought it to where I wanted it in the house, assembled it much faster than I would have been able to, and made sure everything worked. They tidied up after themselves, too.

Good Machine, Beware the Bloatware.
The T10 Treadmill from Nordictrack is an awesome upgrade from the 20 year model we had. They are sturdy, reliable and overall, well built machines. IFit, on the otherhand, is comparable to the bloatware loaded on phones and computers. In a never ending race toward subscription eternity, Nordictrack requires an iFit pro membership to use regular subscription fee apps on their system. On top of that, their membership is about $40 a month. You'll need paid subscriptions to Netflix, Primevideo, and/or Spotify in addition if you wantntonwatch those. You can still use the treadmill without an iFit paid membership but I wonder how long that will last.I use an android tablet slung over the treadmill screen if I want to watch videos or use my phone and wireless earbuds to listen to Spotify. Nordictrack would be smart to make these apps free to use on their system. Next time someone asks my opinion about Nrodictrack equipment, I may be more inclined to tell them to shop around for a brand that is less inconvenient. Overall, it doesn't diminish the quality of the machine itself. But a company that creates inconveniences for those that don't pay, that are easy enough to get around, you have to wonder how long until they disable your machine for a fee. It certainly "updates" itself enough. Just my $0.02. Again, an excellent machine that does the job well at a decent cost. Just don't fall prey to the extra expense of the gimmicks.

Maintenance Agreement is a scam
Edit: The NordicTrack maintenance agreement is a scam. I paid $200 for the 3 year agreement. First visit (still under warranty) was free to me. Called today for 2nd year and they are charging me a $25 travel fee for the tech to come out. That might be worth it if the machine was broke, but just basic lube and diagnostic it is a little steep. Machine is still great, but think carefully before buying the maintenance agreement. I could probably find a tech for basics a lot cheaper....and probably even just pay for broke parts with the $200 if it ever comes to that. One year on review: Definitely worth it -but shines with the iFit app. I got the small basic screen model T6.5S, but it was on sale for less than $500 delivered. Bought a Samsung Android Tablet and it has worked fine for using iFit app. The treadmill functionality really shines if you use the iFit trainings regularly. The speed and incline are controlled by the particular workout (but you can turn it down or up when needed). The iFit trainers are all very good but really enjoy Tommy Rivs and Stacie Clark workouts. I have worked up to 50 miles of running and 30 miles of hiking over the year. Lost 10 lbs and feel a lot better in general. The combo treadmill and iFit made that possible. Called for the annual maintenance and that was simple and easy. The five year maintenance plan was worth it for me, but this was my second treadmill and I knew I would put in a lot of exercise time. Assembly and first impressions (right after purchase) The first few instructions are a little sketchy unless you read the instruction manual. I tried their video build option and it is not nearly detailed enough. They use three different bolts for each support and the packaging gives the impression you just use one size. Once you read the instruction in the booklet, it all makes sense. There are a couple of points where they recommend having a helper and that would be nice, but I didn't have one. I used a couple of ratcheting bars to hold the control panel in place while I screwed it in and made the electronic connections. Worked fine. The other point is adding the pressure tube under the track part. I had a longer ratcheting bar and was able to brace the running track up so I could make the connections underneath. It worked fine, but did feel a little dangerous. That track is extremely heavy if it dropped on you. I set up a couple of chairs so it would not fall completely to the ground if it had come loose and tried to work as much as possible at the edge so I could get myself out of the way if it dropped. It worked great out of the box. Not sure how well it will hold up, but have seen videos of it working fine after six months. My old treadmill had lasted five years, and probably will make five more but I wanted the auto incline feature on the NordicTrack.

Mostly good, beware of the noise and narrow rails
Assembly was pretty easy, though I’m not sure how one person can do it all alone. I needed my husband twice- once to lift the bed out of the box and then again to hold the bed up while I installed the hydraulic arm. The bolts that need to be removed to install the arm require a #11 socket which was not included, the wrench that is included is 5/16 on both ends which was too large. Otherwise I found assembly to be quite easy with the tools provided. The instructions are clear enough, but I personally really hate how they’re written so recommend finding a video to assist. I had such a good inaugural run on this tonight. The treadmill is pretty loud though and my husband could hear me on it very clearly from the floor above (albeit it was directly below him). Now the super annoying part. I jumped off onto the rails doing sprint intervals during the run and noticed how narrow the rails are- they also tilt inwards and I nearly rolled my ankle. Then after the run I looked down and noticed the belt had eaten into the soles of my BRAND NEW $160 shoes! Because the rails are so narrow the whole sole of the shoe doesn’t fit and I didn’t even notice the belt sawing into them. Of course it’s more my fault than the machine’s which is why I didn’t deduct much from the rating but I’m still sad about it. But not THAT sad these can be the treadmill shoes and I can buy another pair for outdoors. All that considered- my husband got me this so I could continue training on bad weather days and it will do just fine for that!

I bought this treadmill during an unbeatable Amazon sale (thank you Amazon!!!) and added the very reasonable Room of Choice delivery plus a 2-year Asurion warranty for peace of mind. For the price, this treadmill is unbeatable. It’s a solid, full-sized treadmill that offers speeds up to 10 MPH (I’ll never get near that top speed 😅) and inclines up to 10%, which is a great way to add intensity to walking workouts. The hydraulic lift is a nice touch that's usually only seen on much higher end models and it makes the treadmill easy to fold up - it’s surprisingly lightweight when lifting the track. I also appreciate the thoughtful design details, like the small hole in the water bottle holder that prevents puddles if your water bottle drips. I can't comment on setup as I paid for the installation - I'm not a handy person but there are Yotube videos showing the installation process for those who are handy. Also, even though there's an ad included in the treadmill box saying to sign up with iFit before turning on the treadmill, I’ve never signed up for iFit and have had zero issues—zero lag time to start my treadmill workout, no unwanted pop-ups. I just press the power button at the front base (the "reset/off" button), hit “start” on the treadmill main panel and I’m good to go. You do not need to sign up for iFit whatsoever -once the treadmill is assembled, you can just turn it on and go. I watch shows on my iPad while walking/jogging, so I wasn't interested in the iFit subscription. Now, are there a couple of things that could improve with the treadmill? Sure - it could use a pause button (there is no pause button - it's either "stop" or "start"), I do wish there was a bit more track space before the front deck starts since in the beginning I did accidentally hit my foot/sneaker on the front deck (I'm used to it now and don't walk/jog as close to the front panel), and it could have other features that higher end treadmills have....but you know what? Then the price would be in a higher tier as well. If you’re looking for a dependable treadmill at a great value, this one is a no-brainer and I'm really happy with it. Finally, a huge shout-out to the Amazon delivery team (Brar and Amrit) who managed to get this treadmill into my basement—a tough job, and they handled it like pros.

Excelente caminadora.

It’s better than expected and it’s built super sturdy. I’m 6’2 and just under 260 lbs and it does everything that I need when it comes to sturdiness, tread size and functionality. The only down side is that you have to download an App and jump through a couple hoops in order to get it started, but once you get it started it’s easy to use and a solid buy. Also, delivery was a couple days late but given the world climate right now combined with the size, I wasn’t surprised. Prior to ordering on Amazon I had tried to order a treadmill straight from Horizon Fitness after lengthy research, but after the transaction was approved, a month later I was notified that they didn’t deliver to my location in the city, and I’m not sure if that was the actual reason given the high demand for home exercise equipment. That being said, when I searched on Amazon for a treadmill almost everything was “out of stock”, and with me being a bigger dude, I needed one that had the necessary specs to handle my size in order to get a good sweat on. So after further research on manufacturers and specs, I was lucky to find this unit that satisfied all my requirements/needs with only “2 left in stock” at a reasonable price, and it was delivered straight to my door and I’m super happy with it. With all that is happening in this upside down world right now, I recognize the need to support local business but in some circumstances that is extremely difficult, and say what you will about Amazon and their success during these trying times. In my experience, with an increase in online purchases, Amazon has in place the capacity, inventory and capabilities to deliver when needed. I know that there is much controversy surrounding Amazon with their employee practices and their social, environmental and political impacts as well, but given the current world climate Amazon has continued to deliver consumer goods and necessities in a timely fashion in order to provide some semblance of normalcy during these trying times and I can respect that. That being said, I also believe that Amazon has the ability, the resources and the social responsibility to do more to help their hard working employees and their worldwide community of consumers/supporters as many local businesses that support their communities are currently struggling to stay alive while Amazon thrives. In conclusion, you can tell that I have some extra time on my hands given the length of this review, and with the current world climate, home exercise equipment is as, if not more popular during a pandemic than toilet paper. If you’re lucky enough to be able to get one of these units given the current supply and demand... enjoy! Moreover, if you’ve read this far into this review, to quote the legendary Hal Johnson and Joanne McLeod, “stay fit and stay safe!”
