this mill works great to mill my whole wheat grains for flour. i did have to return it for a new one due to the lid outside screws starting to rust (i didn’t know you weren’t supposed to wash the lid, just wipe it off). so with this next one i’ll be just wiping it off with a paper towel since it’s just flour. it’s quality value for the money. there is a smell at first but goes away if you grind some rice a couple times the first go around. the noise level is loud but i only have to run it for a minute ( 2 sets of 30 second intervals so it doesn’t overheat). the heat level has been fine since i don’t over run it; the grind speed is sufficient that it’ll grind like 2 cups of whole grains in 1 minute. i still sieve it before putting the flour in my glass jar just to get anything that wasn’t grinned.

As a mill, it works. It gets quite hot, after the first grind. I do wish it broke the grains more, and a finer sifter would help in separating the hulls from the fine flour. I have to take the day, in milling one batch. It does work, and I have become accustomed to the routine of taking a day to mill one batch.

Highly recommended for anyone wanting a powerful grinder, makes fantastic spices

This is absolute garbage. I bought this during Black Friday but did not order my first batch of wheat berries until mid-January. It died during my first grind. The light won't turn on, the little button on the side does NOTHING, and I have tried to troubleshoot everything. Unfortunately, all this occurred exactly 5 days outside the return window. Would NOT recommend this overpriced paperweight.

Works well as far as powdering herbs, but gets hot way to quick, have let cool down way to often, slows the process way down.

Made the dried veggies like flour. This is great.

Perfect to grind grains. Need to be careful while grinding nuts that have oil, need to be dried before. A little bit of work to clean.

Mills very well
