Q: what are the dimensions of the table when set up?

It was 24 inches wide, 64 inches long. Most massage tables are 30 inches wide.

Q: The first picture is different than the other pictures, I want the one in the first picture with more leg space.

I just bought this table and love it. As a gauge for you, I am 5’11 and without the headrest, I can lay on the table with my heels just barely over the bottom edge. With the headrest in place my feet are completely on the table. Hope this helps better define the fit.
