I have slightly flat feet, ankle issues, and a big toe that isn’t as flexible as I would like after years of wearing high heels. No instructions included for use, so it is imperative that you follow guidance of your trainers or teachers. Combine with a adequate warm up of the feet and appropriate strengthening exercises to get results safely. Comes in a canvas bag perfect for storage and transport. Elegant carved, polished wood design is very sturdy. Pads can be placed in different places depending on dancer's foot structure and comfort.

Update: It’s been almost 3 months now and my feet are completely transformed. Before, my feet felt short/stumpy and I couldn’t reach a full point at all. Today, I’m well past 180 degrees and my toes can almost touch the floor! I use this thing every day for 10 minutes. Don’t judge my arch lol, I retired from dance 10 years ago and I’m trying to dance again for fun :) This stretcher is amazing! I would definitely recommend this product, came super fast as well!

I use it pretty often and Ive seen a small difference.

The foot stretcher didn't come with leg strap, but no issues otherwise. Also, I don't use the foot pad, but it's nice to have just in case.

Barely used, owned for less than a year and the wood separated from the metal screw because it’s lightly glued and the grooves are no deep enough to connect to the wood. Guaranteed to break in no time. Complete waste of money and not repairable either. Gluing it again will result in the same outcome.
