Delighted to receive my order quickly to Northern Ireland in time for christmas, thanks so much (it's so difficult to find Efes for sale over here..) Husband was delighted it's his favourite lager and usually only gets on holiday. He has been rationing it so decided to surprise him again with another order, this time the draught bottles. Here's hoping it arrives in time for his birthday, he will be well chuffed !!

Although I'm more of a Real Ale drinker than a fan of lager I have got a bit of a liking for this Efes Pilsner which I enjoy drinking regularly at my local Turkish restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this beer is now available from Amazon in a reasonably-priced twelve pack – at the current price each 500ml can works out at about one pound seventy-five apiece – certainly a lot cheaper than restaurant prices! This is the proper 5 % alcohol-by-volume Efes that is brewed in Turkey and it is the most consumed Mediterranean beer in the world. If you want a taste of your holiday in Turkey or just want a decent cold beer on a hot day in England then this Bohemian-style Pilsner from Efes is well worth considering. Five stars for taste and value at the current price.

Love the beer. To say its brewed in Turkey compared to the other bottles that are brewed in UK There is a massive difference. If you want the authentic taste from Turkey then these are the ones to go for. Maybe a touch expensive but we'll worth the money. This beer doesn't give you a hang over nor any headaches unlike some beers that I drink like amstel, starproman or even Stella that gives me a lousy hangover even after a few beers.

It's alright, nothing special, if you've drunk it on holiday it might bring back some memories. I just bought it to try, its OK but I wouldn't bother again unless it was super cheap. Not awful though, just middle of the road for me.

Ideal on a hot day but not the best of lagers, also im not sure if its a fault on the batch of beer i received but they dont seem to open properly, i have to push the opened section down to allow the beer to come out properly
