Started taking these for concentration, focus and clarity because honestly I've had way too many psych meds and as an elderly woman in her 30s, I'm never gonna get stimulants anyway. I dont notice much when I take them but I definitely notice when I do not take them. So in seriousness I am going to keep these on my list for a while. They're good quality. Size is hard to swallow and they taste pretty weird, so chase it with something. I've found them effective because other people have noticed a change in my and that I'm calmer and more articulate now.... strange. I dont feel they have a calming effect on me personally I feel like my intention is more focused and my attention span is better.

I have ADHD and I am unmedicated at the moment Iv have tried many but these are by far the best Iv tried, I feel calmer and not so erratic, this is my 2nd bottle.
