Brill, purchased as a gift for my son to watch his football pictures/ videos back on. Screen quality it great, no lag on the videos. Only thing to bear in mind is that there is a subscription fee (although its not loads) and your phone & the frame do have to be connected to the same Wifi network to upload onto it (so you cant upload remotely, so it wouldn't work if you gifted it to a family member with the plans of having it in their house & you uploading remotely) if you want one where you can upload remotely choose one like the Aura frame - but they do cost more.

This isn't a review of Frameo, but a quick note on it as it's such an important part of what this frame does. Essentially, the frame is a tablet which runs Frameo. It has a touch screen so you can set it up, or manually scroll between pictures, if you like. There's an app which you can use to upload pictures to the frame. You can also authorise other people to be able to upload things as well from anywhere in the world. There is a paid version of the app which has more functionality, but you can do the basics for free having just bought the frame. That's a very basic intro. As for the frame itself, it works really well. The display is clear and bright and has a good angle of view. I have it set to come on in the mornings and evenings on weekdays and all day at weekends. Ideally, I think I'd have two, because although it will automatically detect faces and you can select the most important part of the picture, portrait photos are not always great cropped and shown in landscape view (and vice versa). It does actually do a reasonable job, but it would be good to have one for each format. On the negative side, the frame itself is rather plasticky - it looks fine from a distance, but not so great close up. I'd have preferred something with a wooden frame. Also, it would be good to have a light sensor to automatically adjust the brightness. But, on the whole, everyone is very happy with it (the following day I noticed photos the rest of the family had started uploading - I hadn't told them how, so it's clearly pretty easy to work out.

These are amazing for families and friends to share photos

Got this for my dad so he can keep up with pictures of family, and he absolutely loves it. Setup took less than 10 minutes, and now I just send new photos and little videos straight from my phone using the Frameo app — he doesn’t have to do anything! The screen is bright and clear, and it automatically rotates depending on how you place it, which is a nice touch. He keeps it on in his room and always mentions how much he enjoys seeing new photos pop up. The 64GB storage means we won’t run out anytime soon. Only thing is it has to stay plugged in, and it doesn’t have a motion sensor to turn off when he’s not around — but honestly, those are minor things compared to how happy it makes him. Would definitely recommend this if you’re looking for a gift that keeps your loved ones feeling connected. Simple à employer et configurer. La personne qui l’a chez lui m’a rien de particulier à faire (donc très pratique pour ceux qui n’ont pas là fibre pour les choses un peu technologiques) à part profiter des photos que ses proches peuvent lui faire parvenir. Une belle manière de partager avec un membre de la famille les moments de vies.

Parfait, le cadre est très joli et c est vraiment très sympa pour voir défiler des photos qu on a pas vu depuis longtemps. Très beau cadeau à faire !!

Um presente de Natal maravilhoso! Igual à imagem! Muito espaço de memória, adicionei 8 000 fotos e ainda tinha quase 60gb de sobra! Muito bom! Desliga-se automaticamente e pode-se programar as horas de ligar e desligar! Dá para ajustar a foto à moldura! Automaticamente vai passando as fotos! Muito fácil de adicionar fotos pro telemóvel (com aplicação) ou liga-se ao pc e passa as fotos em minutos! 5 estrelas!
