No use buying this product
Product is of inferior quality. Day 1 seemed OK. I was able to fix the position of the extender in an angle suited for my needs. Water spray, though not very pressured, was manageable. Day 2 or 3 the extender started leaking from the middle joint. The extender didn't stay at any other position, it kept coming back the position '0'. See the video to understand the defects better.

Good product at given price point
Good product, does it's job. Only 2 flow types available hence picture is misleading as it shows 3 flow modes, still good product for the given price point. Saves water too.

The product worked well for 3 months and now the button doesn't switch between basic flow vs shower. Not reliable.
