Front Camera resolution is very good. Can record both in SD or HD quality. The rear dash cam camera resolution is also good. Satisfied with the product. Adas provided is also functioning properly.

Don’t buy.
*It’s took 3 days for the company to install the cam on my car.*The partner mobile app Kacam has taken about a day to send my a verification code. Not yet received.*The installation was shoddy. The electrostatic film has zillion bubbles in it, both front and rear.*The partner app Kacam wants my GEO page even when I’m not using the app. It’s Chinese and clearly meant to snoop on India and Indians. This is the most worrying factor.I have not even started using it. And this is just the beginning. I paid for this on the 18th July. It’s already the 23rd of July.

No reliable after-sales service
I bought this product in February 2025. Recently, my car was involved in an accident, which damaged the front camera mounting pad. When I reached out to the Crossbeats support team to request a replacement, I was informed that individual accessories are not available and was instead advised to buy a new unit.I’m quite disappointed with this response and the lack of support. I would encourage others to think carefully before purchasing this product, as there appears to be no reliable after-sales services.
