This is a much better item than the insulin bag I bought before. That's why I recommend it for diabetics.

It works as it says. It was helpful for holding insulin for a long flight. It kept in fridge inside the flight, still it was extremely helpful. Highly recommend it for short trips.

This Insulin carry case is really good if we travel overnight journeys preferably in AC trains.The box maintains the cooling effect for atleast 12 hours and keeps the insulin in cool condition. I am using this product for the past one year and satisfied with the product.

O produto é muito bom. Cabe, com conforto, 3 canetas de Mounjaro. Mantém a temperatura por bastante tempo. Fiz uma viagem longa, mais de 10 horas, e não tive nenhum problema. A entrega demorou mais que o previsto, mas acredito que demorou por ser um produto importado, mas valeu muita a pena. Com isso, finalizo esta avaliação com 5 estrelas, recomendo.

This insulin’s cooler bag helped a lot during my husband’s travels! The injections stayed cool the whole time, and you can put inside ice if the cooling gel is melted, every plane has ice!!
