Received used one
I don't know if it was good or not since I didn't open it, but I was sent a used one. The way the box was taped up didn't make it seem like a new or unopened item. I sent it back and got a refund.

Velcro way too strong
Excellent product, my partner and i love it. I only have 1 issue and that is when we tried to adjust the hight (my partner is over 6ft tall and me only 5ft 4in) the velcro is so strong it literally pulled the paint & plaster right off the wall.

Absolutely brilliant. If picking a small issue, would like cable to be slightly longer. But a great product and no fixing to walls.

Save your money
Save your money this is below market quality. Very poor thin plastic. Pads don’t always work buttons assembly is awful
