What a wonderful machine! It looks good, and best of all I’ve finally got cafe quality coffee in my own home. This evening there has been 2 gingerbread lattes, a flat white and an iced caramel coffee - the whole family gets what they want without bankrupting me! Very easy to use - you’ll feel like a barista from the get go! Yes it’s a bit pricey but compared to what I was spending on decent coffee this will pay for itself with a few weeks ☕️

Very good coffee machine the build quality is excellent, it very easy to use with all the attachement provided, no guess needed when making the coffee, the grider wil grind the coffee beans based on how strong you need. Exvellent. Thanks

A wonderful coffee machine! The coffee that it produces tastes absolutely amazing every single time and I am so happy that I can finally make cafe standard iced coffees at home.It makes a variety of sized drinks including an option for a quad coffee shot for those who want to be extra caffeinated.I feel that it is also very good value for money, even when comparing with machines of a similar price none of them have the amount of features as this one.Most importantly of all it is easy to both use and maintain, i much prefer the milk jug to a separate milk tank as it is much easier to keep clean without having to worry about spoiled milk.I would highly recommend this machine for anyone looking to buy a coffee machine or upgrade their current one.

When I first got the Coffee Machine, I was buzzing. It looked promising, packed with features that seemed tailored for coffee lovers who enjoy a bit of tech and finesse in their brew. Sadly, one week in, and the love affair has completely fizzled out.Let’s talk about the milk steamer. On day one, it was creamy, velvety, everything I hoped for. Now? It just warms the milk. Frothing has disappeared completely, no matter what setting I choose — it’s like the machine gave up on even trying.Then there's the fancy feature that “adapts to your coffee grind based on the bean type.” Sounds great in theory… but in practice, it’s chaotic. The grind recommendation keeps changing unpredictably, and the amount of coffee it grinds varies each time. I once selected a quad shot and got a sad little pour that barely covered the bottom of my cup.All the flashy features that convinced me to go for this model? Turns out, they’re more gimmick than game-changer. It feels like a product that focused more on marketing than performance.Really disappointed. For the price and the hype, I expected consistency, not disappointmentsat the firstbweek.

Had many coffee machines over the years, but this is by far the best one. The versatility and options for set up are outstanding, yes it's expensive but its worth it. It has replaced around 3 machines in our house. We havent been to a Starbucks or Costa since buying this, lots of spare parts available for longevity and 2 year warranty from Ninja. You will need to buy water filters and you cannot buy the Ninja cleaning tablets, but you can use generic ones and they work just as well. The unit comes apart for easy cleaning including the reservoir and grinder. It does love to use LOTS of water though, most of which ends up in the bottom tray for anything over 9 bar.Tip - put rubbish coffee in - get rubbish coffee out - highly recommend Lavazza or Illy beans - find which ones work for you, delicious coffee if you pay for decent beans.

Waited till I had had this a couple of weeks to review as I wanted to make sure was accurate and that i could work it properly.It looks like a lot f choices to start but it's actually really easy i down loaded tbe pdr code.or what ever it was and followed the step by step instructions would 100% reccomend doing this it made it a complete breeze and now I have perfect coffee everytimeIt may find you a while to find your new favourite bean but once you have you'll be in coffee heavenIt is expensive and a bit of a investment but I've had cheap machines before and they've not lasted while this feels like it's here to stay and tbe quality it amazing

Why did you choose this product over others?:Ninja is turning into quite a premium brand and I have a number of items from their range. The coffee machine is excellent and is a bit more fiddly than the bean to cup ones but well worth it as the flavour is very good. I previously had the Delonghi Magnifica which was good but this is way better. I would highly recommend this product to buyers, especially if you can get one from the warehouse with just short of 30% off.

Relatively simple to use. Helpful support people. However, I struggled to use the 4 shot lux basket as it refused to grind enough coffee. Video call support, so they could see exactly what I was doing. Sent replacement parts, same result. After wasting a huge amount of time of coffee they suggested I return it for a full refund. I eventually found an independent guide which, very briefly suggested an extra step that the guide, videos and support people missed. You need to also select “quad” as a further option, despite the machine recognising the basket.The drip tray is frustratingly too small and often overflows. I suspect some regular used parts are out of stock, like the water filter.The coffee made is good. It appears to be excellent value relative to other machines which either do less or cost much more. Overall, I am happy but it could be so much better. The milk steamer wand is always needing cleaning : it should be insulated so the milk doesn’t bake on. The drip tray needs to have much higher capacity.
