Nice computer... however...
Everything started up as you would expect. Really nice machine. It's not a gaming PC but it's fast enough for office duty. One little problem. I worked diligently for 6 hours to get the sound to work. The machine reported that it had no audio device attached. I build Desktops for fun. I know my way around a PC. I almost sent it back. Probably just a glitch but the product page on amazon did warn that this PC is sent back often. This is next day and it seems to be working OK. I had to search for long time for the right drivers. It doesn't say it's a software issue it stated no audio device indicating HW prob. OK for now... HP assistant diagnostic helped...

Battery Life
I bought this laptop back in October 2023. After first the battery life was great. I work from home & use my laptop for work purposes. It would last 8 hours without charging it no problem. That has gradually got worse with time. And now as of recently like 2 days ago I have it keep it plugged in because it no longer charges and will only work if it’s plugged in. Really disappointed..
