Essentially you get only half a pad
The adhesive cover is split into two parts. Half comes off easily, but the other half you can barely get off so essentially you only have half of a sticky pad.

Love these heel savers
Exactly what I was expecting. I think a better regimen is to soak heels in a salt solution for about 30 minutes and then using a plenty of lotion. It's a lot more work though to do this and these stickers are a more immediate solution. Also, these make for a great gift: I shared half of mine with Chris.

Heel band aid, good protection for the heel
These are good for protecting cracked heels. I thought they might help with repairing them but they are just a heel band aid type of thing. They work for that.

Took off a chunk of skin
These were working pretty well until last night. I had been sleeping in them, and when I went to take it off this morning, it took a pretty big chunk off of the bottom of my foot. I am now missing several layers of skin on the bottom of my foot and it is very uncomfortable. I would not use these.
