Great product, I am using it to protect my wood floor from puppy training and it is holding up really well. We've been damp mopping it daily and used sheathing tape on seams. There is enough on the roll that I can apply another protecter once this one stops working but it has been down for a little more than a week and still okay. The edges are not taped to the floor and they are staying down, no rolling or slippage. I am extremely happy with this product and have no doubts that it would perform its intended purpose admirably. We are asking a lot of it and it is very impressive.

My wife wondered why did I purchase this, “because we might need it one day.” That day came when we recently had our water heater replaced in the hall closet.
