Worst product doesnt do what it says
The product is very poor in cleaning hard surfaces. The seller is horrible as they do not accept returns on the product. Dyson also doesnt. They say they can accept return only from their site. Both Cloud nine and Dyson are making a fool of customers. Extremely unprofessional seller and vendor.The product itself cleans nothing, doesnt even pickup hair properly. It does not do what its saying. It is heavy and can not be used by all household members
