Excellent Knives
We have just added this knife to our set. We have found these knives to be of exceptional quality and remain very sharp. I wish I had bought them 30 years ago!

Knife is bent
I spent $170 on a miyabi slicer. The knife has bent over time. This seller does not stand behind the products they sell. I told them of the defective product I purchased and they don’t want to do anything about it. $170+ is a lot to spend on a knife without quality assurance. Very unhappy.

Sharp as can be
I love this knife. It’s not flashy. It’s not damascus. It’s comfortable to use and very sharp. It even works well slicing raw beef into thin strips. It’s not priced badly for what your getting. It could easily be an heirloom knife, handed down if you use it properly and take care of it. It’s double beveled so if you’re a lefty like me, you don’t have to worry. If you’re on the fence, just buy it.
