The product is poor quality. It bigger than the pics and very bulky. The shoes didnt fit my kid properly and he was having pain while wearing them. I requested the seller several times to accept return for this item. The seller is unresponsive and didnt accept the return. I wish i could rate them 0 stars. Extremely poor customer service.

Was looking for school shoes and found this on Amazon. Exactly what we wanted for our son. Also the size came out perfect on him. It's better to buy online rather than searching local stores and still no avail.
