Just bought this drill and already used a couple of times in screwdriver mode. Really good and light and easy to use. Great adjustable torque when using as driver, low for soft woods so as not to over tighten and high for removing tight screws. The second battery is such a bonus although both came fully charged and as yet have not needed to use it. With a carry case plus accessories, I think this is a great value product.

I’ve had this for a few days and had the chance to do a few jobs with it and I’m really pleased with it. It feels solidly made and seems to have plenty of power - surprisingly so for its relatively small size and light weight.It feels really good in the hand and with the battery in situ, is very well balanced (pic 1)This drill is fairly compact and that makes it easy to work in confined spaces and enables easy use as a driver too. With the two supplied batteries, there should be ample power in reserve and these have LED indicators to show charge levels (pic 2). The battery packs slide into place and lock securely in place with a satisfying click. Also, just above the battery there’s a 2-way screwdriver bit, which I have already found really handy.The two collars at the front of the drill (pic 3) select mode (driver, drill, hammer drill) and torque (for screwdriver mode), all selected with a positive click. Behind these, on the top is the gearbox selector (1 or 2) which selects normal or high speed use - (the trigger still controls speed, as you’d expect, within these 2 ranges). Everything arrives packaged in a chunky black case (pic 4). Two things about this: you get a handy selection of drill and screwdriver bits in common sizes, along with a flexible driver attachment enabling use as a screwdriver in hard-to-reach spots. Also the case seems solid and everything fits into its allocated space, making it easy to pack up and close the box when the job’s done, without playing Tetris!The last feature, and I really like this, is that there is a lamp in the base of the drill, just above the battery pack, which focuses on your work (pic 5) this really helps, when you’re often working in your own shadow.In summary, it feels good to use, seems solid and comes with a good range of features for the price.

This is a very well designed compact and lightweight cordless drill driver designed primarily for home use. Supplied in a blown plastic case together with a small range of wood, metal and masonry drills and a very useful flexi extension shaft. It comes with two 21 volt battery packs and a plug in wall charger. Although primarily designed for home use it’s very powerful 21 volt battery and motor enabled me to drill through a 5” hardwood door frame with a 4mm drill bit - so power in plenty. Not every cordless drill would be able to match that. The quality of the design and plastics are excellent. It offers great value for money for home use and would make an ideal Christmas gift for a practical person. Highly recommended.

Both batteries arrived fully charged.Drill is nice and heavy - quality reasons but still light enough to use comfortably. Solid switches.Accessories usual poor quality, but can drill a hole.It's strong on brick, with hammer initiated.Very nice and compact hard case too. Everything fits in easily into their respective slots.Average quality power brick, a bit light but functional.Instructions are quite good, tells you all you need to know including torque chuck settings which most don't provide.You also get a free LIFETIME warranty card in the box - explains how to email them (not Amazon) and they will sort you out a refund or a new UPDATED replacement.
