Perfect for our rv!

This product has a nice compact design as well as seemingly good material and assembly quality. However, the quality of electrical/electronic components and control software is sadly lacking. Mine doesn't generate any steam. It keeps flashing "Add Water" indicator with beeping while the water tank is in fact full. Its timer continues counting down even when there is no steam and desired temperature is not reached. The temperature display is only the setting temperature instead of actual oven temperature. The touch buttons on the control panel doesn't work reliably either.Also interestingly, this oven seems to be very similar to (or the same as?) lower priced Secura Multifunction Air Fryer Steam Oven in different color scheme.Although this oven fits my kitchen and household size, it will be returned.

This oven is good for a small kitchen, not comparable with regular kitchen equipment, but easy to use, very easy to clean. for me, especially the steam function. Since I bought this one, I do not need others like air fryer, steam pot etc, so far I have not test all functions, but I am happy to get it. I need to mention one thing here: they have a very good customer service, I asked number of question in the first two weeks, but I got response quick enough every time.

Kept getting Err4 errors on the display and it beeps and have to unplug.Update: April 2025Great news: The vendor contacted me about the issue without me initiating it. They will be sending me a working unit, can’t wait to have a unit that’s finally working. Will update once it arrives - keeping my fingers crossed.April 28, 2025The replacement unit just arrived a few days after my prior post and tried the new unit a few times and it is working well! I will update if there are further issues so for now, will consider this case closed and given the proactive approach of the Ciarra agent in resolving the issue and the responsiveness during the replacement process, I personally think they are reserving of the five stars rating so I’m changing from 3 stars to 5 stars.

It came with a little paper manual that doesn't really tell you how to use it it tells you how not to use it but there's just a little chart that gives the temperatures and the basics of what you can put in there but there's no recipes and no suggestions at all not even on their website. Not good for a new user of these types of ovens.

Very small . Very thronged plastic Smell. Wasn’t BPA free .

I love this thing I have this thing in my semi truck connected to my Jackery 1000 explorer. And it just work and then some. It’s also making it possible for me to eat healthy and cheaper while one the road. So it’s paying it self off big time truckers should get this one it’s small enough to have in your truck and have something hot to eat for 1 to 3 people thing is set up on my copilot seat

The water pump or whatever mechanisms is used to move water into the steam tray is not working and as a result I cannot use the steam settings. If I try, the oven makes a loud warning noise however it does work if I use a cup to add water to the steam tray manually. It's just the movement of water from the water tank to the steam tray that is the problem.The main reason why I choose this 8-in-1 is for the self-cleaning steam mode. I will return if I can't find solution with manufacturer customer support or Amazon seller.
