Use a shorter application spray time than the 3-4 seconds the instructions state
Please be careful using this very effective product and take note of the following. I advise using this product for only a second or two at a time and not the 3-4 seconds the instructions state. By following the instructions in my initial use, I have ended up with what resembles a bit of a cold burn. My skin turned red after application, has since remained discoloured, and feels quite dry. Even though I held the can and sprayed from a distance greater than the advised 20cm. The area of skin does not hurt and I have applied moisturiser to it. Maybe not quite a burn but it has dried out and discoloured my skin. It isn't always plain sailing being a Vine programme reviewer! Very effective at cooling an area. Maybe too much from my initial application. It does remove strain related discomfort. For certain injuries get them medically checked out because they may require other treatment and could be more serious than realised. For basic sprains and strains etc. and to remove mild discomfort, this product works exceptionally well at making an area cold. Ideal to have in a sports/gym/holiday/camping bag etc. at home/work or even an everyday bag for quick relief, as and when it is needed. My skin is not overly sensitive. Due to my initial use, I think the instructions need changing so users are more cautious with their application of the spray. From my trial and error I now know to use very short sprays. I will knock a star off and award this 4/5 as it has caused me a temporary unwanted issue from following the instructions. Otherwise its effectiveness is 5 stars.

About as cooling as fresh air
For the life of me I just don't see what this can is ment to do as you can get a more effective cooling by blowing on yourself...
