Hi I was a little disappointed reading the majority of the reviews about this hair dye, but I read them a day after ordering so I decided to give it a try and not dismiss it before trying it, finally I received mine yesterday, the color is medium brown, I tried it right away, I have about 50% (very stubborn) gray hair so I had little hope about this product, I followed the instructions to the t I even left on for 50 min instead of 45 min, and the results were excellent : it covered all my grays , my hair is very soft and it didn't it fall during the process like with other hair dyes , my scalp felt great during and after I am ordering more today I am very pleased with the results , and also it brings everything inside and came promptly. The product was good but I was allergic to it. Even though I did the test on my arm and neck nothing showed up at that point. After I used it my eye swelled up and blotches on my face. Other than that I actually liked it but obviously I can't buy it again

I am very happy that I discovered this brand. It covers gray very well, and I had no allergic reaction at all. You do have to use a conditioner afterwards otherwise your hair will feel coarse. It has four packets inside and for short to shoulder length hair one packet is enough. Therefore you save a lot of money.

The color turned a little darker than I was expecting, but I've gotten a lot of compliments from family and friends.. I love the shine it put in my hair! And a big plus was not having to deal with the harsh chemical smell!

Everything was provided to color hair. Smell was not bad, medium brown color came out nice. After a week, does not appear to have damaged or dried out hair. Box even included shampoo and conditioner to help protect color while conditioning hair

Unless you want your medium brown hair to turn nearly black, do not be fooled by the "medium brown" description on the box. This color has ruined my waistlength hair which I've been washing every single day for over 2 weeks but the nearly black color has barely faded. It completely altered the texture making it extremely difficult to comb through and there's an odd film all over my hair, especially when wet. I HAD naturally wavy and this color has pulled much of the wave out, which was not a desired effect. Also looks to have permanently stained the walls and floor of my bathtub after washing it out the first time. Will NEVER buy again.
