NARWAL S20 Pro Cordless Vacuum Mop with Self-Cleaning, Wet Dry Vacuum Cleaner for Hard Floors, Ideal for Families with Kids and Pets

I did a good bit of research before buying this vacuum mop. I had a shark hydro vac and it was ok/good but I felt like there were better options out there. Now let's talk about cleaning with the Narwal S20 pro it has 5 modes, Smart mode, Suction mode, Turbo mode, Quiet mode and when you pull the trigger MAX mode. The animated screen on the handle will tell you what the machine is doing at all times. When using the Smart cleaning mode it uses ai DirtSense techology and will detect how much dirt is on the floor and proced to clean accordingly. If it detects dirt or high dirt it will reve up the brush, cleaning solution out put and suction. It works amazing well hands down. It has a suction only mode which I haven't had to use yet because it leaves behind very little water on the floor. It has some serious suction at 20,000 Pa. It has a self propelling design with the clean water tank in the base of the unit which gives it a low center of gravity. It can lay flat at 180 degrees to get under furniture like your dining room table. If you come across a very dirty area and the Narwal detects that it's brush has become too dirty it will let you know via talking to you that it needs to be taken back to the base to clean itself. That way your not spreading dirt or bacteria around your floors. When your done cleaning with Narwal S20 pro does a smart cleaning on its self. It will detect how much cleaning it needs and gives you the time it will take to clean. It has heat bar that disinfects the brush which it calls iron drying and it reaches 149 degrees. It also will dry the filter in the dirty tank which is something I was looking for. The dirty tank has a handle to help you left it out to empty and also has a flip part to flip out the solids which is really nice. The manual says the filter in the dirty tank should last 2 to 3 months. The clean cycle is super quiet which is a huge plus. I was able to clean around 1,100 sq ft and the battery was only went down to 42 percent. So far I'm extremely pleased with my purchase.

OMG this is God Sent!! Love this vacuum mop! It talks to you when you need to refill water or solution or empty dirty tank or if something is wrong. So easy to use! Love this different settings you can choose and the automatic detection of dirt is so nice. You do have to go over dirty sticky spots a few times but to me the convenience is worth every penny and spending some extra time on really dirty spots. It’s sooo light to bring around and the cordless ability is life changing! We have two young kids that make a mess everyday and every where so it’s just so nice to pull it out for a fast clean at the end of a nice to clean up food or spills or dirt from outside. The vacuum also pushes forward so it just adds ease to using it. I can vacuum with the baby in one hand and the vacuum in the other. Lastly, I have cleaned small carpet pieces with it and it didn’t soak it and it actually did a good job at cleaning it. Love this vacuum and recommend it to everyone!! Ps the dirty water tank emptying is so satisfying! I did a lot of research before deciding on this one!

I hesitated on buying one of these for a year - but I am glad that I did. We have a large part of our home tiled and cleaning has always been a huge time drag. I have some other equipment I use for a really deep clean still, but I don’t have anything for day to day use to save some time. The Narwal does the trick in that category. It’s been easy enough to use that I almost can’t tell if it’s working but then I see the dirty water tank and all the stuff it picks up, yikes. For very troublesome spots it will take a few passes but most day to day things come up on the first go. The screen and the directions it gives are clear and so far the heating iron method it uses to dry the brush has kept away any sort of musty odor. I can get about 1,500 square feet cleaned on a charge which works fine for me as the rest of the house is a different floor material anyway. It’s pretty maneuverable and I like that the water tank is in the base. Seems to be a smart design vs. others and it makes it feel less heavy. It doesn’t get into grout super well but it does get it a little bit. I don’t think this will replace any periodic deep cleaning you might need but for day to day maintenance cleaning it’s been a big time saver.

I loved this at first, but after about 3 months, it’s not much better than your average swiffer type mop, minus the fact it did vacuum at the same time. Now after three months, I am also getting the clean roller brush error I see from these other one star reviews. I have taken this thing apart and cleaned it thoroughly, and still get the error. It will vacuum for about 3 minutes the get the error. I also noticed that I have the same amount of cleaning solution that I put in 3 months ago! I don’t think that this has been even using the cleaning solution. This machine is NOT easy to clean. And for a mop that advertises to be self cleaning, hahaha, no. I would not repurchase this brand or recommend to anyone else. It seems like quality control isn’t there with the brand. As some people seem to get a unit that works perfect and some get a lemon. I’ll stick to buying something of this sort of product from Costco. Atleast there return policy is super easy. Just wanted to update now that it’s been 9 months of owning. I had finally gotten the machine to work from the roller issue. However now, the machine has quit self cleaning. Everytime I self clean, it errors out and tells me to call customer service. I call customer service, and they tell me it has a bad internal part. It’s under warranty so they will replace the faulty parts, however they currently are out. They told me when parts come in, they will mail them to me. However, they have no idea when that will be. And they refuse to just send me a replacement machine. So now I’m stuck without the unit for who knows how long. I can’t say this enough, don’t buy this piece of junk!!! The unit sucks and the customer service sucks too! If you want to spend $400 on a machine that may or may not even last less than a year, go ahead. As for me, I’d rather something a little more reliable.

This product is very easy to use and keep my space clean and refresh. There are different cleaning modes which I can use for different surfaces, with the smart mode which can detect different dust levels. The weight is light and easy to handle, and I don't need to push too hard in order to clean the floor. The vacuum is also easy to be clean with the self-clean and dry function. The only small downside maybe the battery durability which maybe a bit short.

The future is calling to bring their vacuum mop back . I bought the S20 Pro twice! Pros: 1. Its very easy to clean and maintain 2. It has a "quiet mode" so the noise level is minimal when running the machine. 3. It has replaced my Dyson vacuum since I can pick up solids, liquids and it smops. 4. It's a good product so far. I use the S20 pro three to four times a week. The roller had to be changed 3 months in since I use it so often. I believe the recommendation is to change the roller every 3-6 months with normal use. 5. My floors are clean with one dog and two cats. (I still recommend vacuuming first if you have pets specially if you don't clean often. I don't think the S20 pro can handle so much hair which is why I use it three to four times a week to avoid accumulation of pet hair. 6. S20 Pro was good enough. I looked into the S30 Pro but the few new features didn't justify the price. 5. Customer service was very helpful with my consers or questions I had. There was a fast resolution. Cons: 1. The "lady" talks too loud and I wish we could lower her voice even though I still appreciate her reminding me to " empty dirty water tank to avoid bacterial growth" 2. There was some hair stuck behind the roller. I noticed you do need to clean it between the squeegee at the bottom since I did noticed accumulation of dirt ( it only took less than two minutes to clean) 3 . The drying mode is not enough to dry the empty tank and causes the S20 Pro to smell for a few seconds when you start it. If you remove the top tank and air-dry it the odor doesn't happen. 4. The cleaning solution keeps being " out of stock " on Amazon so I had to go to their main website to order it. S20 Pro does a great job at cleaning and it's easy to maintain. The S30 Pro has some good features that others might appreciate, however I am happy with S20 Pro.

I am in love with this machine! I had backed the Moprobo on KS, and thought I was getting a machine that does what this does. I had purchased this during Prime Days. I almost opted for a brand that was cheaper, but the reviews convinced me to spend the extra... And I'm SO glad I did! This is half the price, and does a better job than my $700 Moprobo did! I have three Standard Poodles, so my floors need to be cleaned every week at the least. I love that I don't have to vacuum my hard floors first, this does both, vacuum and mops. I always use the smart setting which automatically adjusts to amount of dirt that's detected on the floor, as well as adjusts suction when cleaning under something. This wets the roller within seconds of starting the machine (vice up to 15 minutes with the Moprobo), takes up everything from dog hair, dirt and pea-sized pebbles with ease. I love that the clean water reservoir is on the mop head (vice the handle as in the Moprobo), and the dirty water tank is on the handle (vice the mop head as in the Moprobo). The machine self-cleans, sanitizes and dries pretty much everything from the dirty water tank filter to the mop roller... all I have to do is dump out the dirty water. The cleaning roller is easily removed and replaced when worn or overly dirty. The design of this is very intuitive and based on common sense. The machine is self-propelled and easy to maneuver. The cleaner that's included leaves no residue on the hard floor and has a clean scent. Additional/spare filters, rollers, and cleaner are easily purchased on Amazon. I really enjoy and look forward to cleaning my hard floors. An incredible value on an incredible machine that makes cleaning so much easier!

This is the best money I've ever spent on a mop or vacuum, and I own a Dyson. It's incredibly easy to use, lightweight, self propelled, fantastic suction and great mopping/cleaning result. Yes, you need to empty the dirty water tank. Yes, from time to time you need to use the included brush to clean the unit itself. I'm not clear why this surprised anyone but it's not difficult to do at all. The battery life has been great, I've never had it go before 60%. I love, LOVE, the self cleaning and drying for the mop head when you put it on the charger. Simply put, I love this mop/vacuum. It makes cleaning my 750 square feet of LVT easy and almost fun. I cannot recommend this highly enough.

After using the NARWAL S20 Pro for a while in my apartment, this is the one cleaning tool that gets my floors genuinely clean in the shortest amount of time. Here's my honest breakdown. Cleaning power: The suction handles messes very well — wet and dry together in one pass, and it actually picks everything up rather than pushing it around. On my vinyl floors it leaves nothing behind. Weight and handling: This is the standout. It's the lightest and easiest-gliding machine of this type I've come across. Mopping usually feels like a chore, but this one I honestly enjoy using — I finish the whole apartment without getting tired. If you've been put off by how heavy wet-dry vacuums usually are, this is the one to try. Self-cleaning: The self-clean cycle is great, and it dries the roller too — so the brush is ready and fresh for the next run instead of sitting damp. That alone removes the most annoying part of owning a mop-vacuum. Battery: Long enough that I get through a full clean of my 900 sq ft apartment on a charge — I almost never have to stop and recharge mid-clean. Smart features: DirtSense is nice, though not perfect — in practice it adjusts the power down on lighter dirt to conserve battery, and ramps up when needed. The LCD and voice prompts are pleasant but nothing you couldn't live without. Emptying is super easy — dump the dirt, empty the water, quick rinse, done. No fuss. The one thing to know: the clean-water container is on the smaller side — on a bigger clean I sometimes refill once. But that's the trade-off for how light it is, and I'd take the lighter machine every time. TLDR: fast, light, self-maintaining — the shortest path from dirty floors to clean ones I've found.

I researched wet/dry vacuums extensively. My priorities were the lay flat function with 2 to 3 sided cleaning capabilities.. I wanted it light weight, and it is one of the lightest available. The sixty minute running time battery is a bonus as well. I wanted a machine that would thoroughly dry the roller so it needed to have either the flash dry function or heated drying. Narwal has a heated drying plate with the extra capability during the cleaning process to dry the tube and filter which I have not found on other products. You also have the option to just clean, just dry or do both. The cleaning button could be bigger and more visible but that is something I can easily overlook. The accessories and cleaning solution are not easily found on the Amazon site which made me hesitant at first to purchase it. However I did eventually find them. The cleaning solution is pricey but apparently concentrated so it should last longer than other brands because with the automatic dispenser, which you have the option to turn off, you are not discarding unused solution. Honestly, this machine has so many added functions that other brands don’t that the list is too long to add here. I absolutely love the product but was disappointed that during the Black Friday and Boxing Day sales it was the only brand that did NOT offer a discount. I noticed there were discounts available before October 31 during my research but I started looking after that unfortunately. All in all I highly recommend this product with all its extra functions and sturdy construction. It cleaned like a dream!

A stain can be cleaned with a mop twice, but this machine needs at least 10 times. The tangled hair is difficult to deal with. Pushing is very labor-saving, but pulling is very labor-intensive.
