Glass Meal Prep Food Storage Containers BPA free

Researching the best glassware took hours. Glassware is better than plastic because it is MUCH easier to clean, doesn't absorb odors/colors, and it is completely safe for the microwave. I searched many different website lists and brands of glassware, yet many seemed to have certain issues - whether it was easily shattering glass, or poor lids. Simplyesta's glassware set has a very strongly engineered glass to prevent from cracking and shattering in most normal circumstances. The lids are fantastic and seal up your food perfectly. I bought 2 sets and my meal prep quality seems to be higher than when I used plastic, and I feel much safer when putting it in the microwave.

I got these for keeping leftovers in the frig. I didn't like the way plastic ones picked up stains from meat sauces, etc. These are just about perfect. I just have to remember that the lid CAN'T go in the microwave. I did have one small adventure when I couldn't get a lid to go back on after I 1st washed them in the sink. I didn't realize the lids have a removable silicon? gasket & the gasket had come out of the groove in one area so the lid wouldn't seat & I couldn't latch it down. Once I tucked it back in, everything was perfect.These are just about the right size for single person leftovers. Or lunch for 1. Any more, you need a bigger size.Mine arrived very well packed @ obviously "Brand New". No flaws of any kind. Should last me a long time if I'm not rough with them. If I ever have a problem, I'll revise this review.

These containers were at a good price point and I was happy that I could by 3 at a time versus other sellers who sell 6+. I don't need that many containers. These also seem to be great quality, with a sturdy lid. They seem small at first glance but I am able to fit a lot of food in them, enough for a satisfying lunch. I also find the glass containers keep my food much more fresh than plastic.

Very well made and air tight but a bit difficult to close. My mother-in-law has arthritis and can not close these.

I bought these containers in July 2018. Overall, we have been very happy with them. They don't leak, have the perfect size, you can wash the glass container in the dishwasher, put it in the microwave safely, etc..The only thing is that, as of Feb 2019 (after 6-7 months of use), the lids started getting dirty, all 3 of them. See the attached pictures. We don't really know if it's mold or something else, but they just started looking dirty. You don't feel as comfortable using the lids on top of your food when they look like this. It's on the inside and cannot be washed really. I contacted Simplyesta in March 2019 by email, through the Amazon vendor contact form asking what the stains were, and also asking if Simplyesta was selling replacement lids. I never got a reply to my email though.Overall, I would say the containers are good then, but watch out the lids will get really dirty, you will probably want to get new containers after 10 to 12 months, and the vendor may not reply to you or help out if you have a question.

These glass containers are pretty sturdy and a good size. However, after just a few months of use, mold started to grow inside the lid, in between the white rubber strip and the plastic itself. It is impossible to get rid of the mold without destroying the lid itself. The seller has also been completely unresponsive to my emails.

I ordered these a few months ago and loved them at first however after using them for a bit, some of the lids no longer stay snapped on. As a side note, I was all my dishes by hand so they haven't been exposed to the heat of an automated dishwasher and are still failing.

these food storage containers are perfect for my needs. I have had several other companies containers that have this kind of lid, but after washing them in the dishwasher ( top rack ) they never closed completely again.These arrived in perfect condition and I put them in the dishwasher to clean them.The lids fit exactly as they did before I washed them. Will be buying more. They are the perfect leftover size for us.Very pleased.
