Easy to put together looks nice and my use all day they go in and as they please.

Have to return product
I had surgery on 10/31/2024. Today 11/18/2024 a handyman came in to erect the the door but couldn't put it in due to the fact the dog door did not fit the sliding door.. Need to return this item.

Nice pet door
Package arrived on time and in excellent condition. Great door but had to return, it did not fit in our door.

It doesn’t lock
The doggie door part is fine but there is really no lock feature- it has a hook that would need to be drilled into the sliding door- easily breakable. Also, air comes in between the top and bottom pieces. Not great for cold climates.

Works great for cats. Easy to install.

They don’t take into consideration if you have a raised inside threshold on your sliding glass door that the normal size doggy door does not work
