Disappointing
My grandson wasn't pleased. He said that the figure looked more like Owlman than Shredder. I tend to agree.

Poorly packaged
The product was as described but poorly packaged, this resulted in the plastic being squashed and ripping away from the cardboard. It was a birthday gift and I did not have time to return, otherwise I would have got a refund.
