Organic ingredients!!! As a 62 yr old Personal Trainer, I use this as my go-to just before working out or teaching. It contains: 6 gm Protein! - 6% Calcium, 8% Iron, 6% Potassium, 8% Organic Sugar (...for the entire bar), 14% Fiber!!! Tastes great! My favorite flavor is the Oatmeal Chocolate Chip! I could eat multiple bars, but I limit myself to one prior to working out/teaching. You can't go wrong with ANY Truvani products. :)

We first received these as a gift and then my husband and I were fighting over them because all the flavors are SO good! So we got 2 more boxes and put our names on them. So healthy and delicious! I usually don’t even like these kinds of bars but these are so delicious and healthy! Highly recommend.

So I love the ingredients and the taste of these bars, but I'm confused about the warning label about lead. Can anyone explain

Excellent quality nutritional bars.

These taste great but deliver in a pouch was not good. Mine arrived smashed.

Let me start with I LOVE the vanilla protein powder. It is more expensive than the other brands and so I purchase only when on sale either at Amazon or my local Whole Foods.That being said, these bars taste nothing like the protein powder. I have tried multiple flavors now, and each one has an overwhelming taste of dates. They do not have as much protein as other better tasting protein bars and with the calorie/sugar content, I would only recommend as a healthy candy bar replacement if you can get past the taste. I will not be buying again.
