What is the difference between Mexican style wrap and traditional wrap?

Mexican-style wrap is a stretchable material, the standard wrap is just cotton. I use the Mexican style 180' cause my hands amd wrists feel more comfortable, the standards left me with some soreness and not the good kind. It depends what works for you but once you try the mexican style, youll feel like Ryu.
