Beware of cross-contamination/allergy
I tried only a tiny bit and got immediately an allergic reaction to it ending up in A&E. Not allergic to nuts of any kind so very much assuming it’s cross-contamination, please beware of this before buying!

Not sweet
It taste like pistachio itself, if u like pistachio go for it. But not something for baking.

Amazing
I used this to make my favourite pistachio ice cream. I mix a tiny bit, like quarter or third of this jar with a 1L tub of good vanilla ice cream and add crushed pistachio, and mix well, then freeze again. It’s very rich and delicious.

Amazing taste, nice packaging
I tried several pistachio pastes, but only this one made my taste buds happy. Amazing taste, absolutely no nasty ingredients. Sweetened slightly with Agave syrup this paste won my heart ❤️ I’ll definitely buy again 👍🏻

Expensive but a nice luxury
More oily than I expected but it hasn’t separated like peanut butter, good flavour and a little goes a long way.
