It is a golden colour brut with distinctive of black grape varieties with very fine bubbles. On the nose it has a beautiful aromatic complexity, ripe fruit and spicy aromas with hints of roasted apples, apple compote and peaches. On the palate it has a subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity, bubbles like velvet, pear, brioche and spicy aromas and notes of fresh walnut. Ideal with any fish, especially sushi and sashimi or with shrimp, prawn, crayfish, grilled lobster as well as poultry and white meat.
