Bought this for our daughter, she was amazed and couldn’t believe the powerful suction. It’s not very often we get it right, but this time we did. She’s pleased, so we are pleased. Straight forward to use to.

Very powerful with a long cord. It is easy to store as it is small and the capacity for the dirt gathered is enough for 3 bedroom flat (depending on how dirty the house).

I bought this vacuum after using a VAX MACH for 10 years. This new vacuum has great suction if you keep it emptied and cleaned (after every second use under normal circumstances), if you don't do this the interior chamber can get blocked very quickly and a loss of suction occurs quite quickly.The stretch of the hose is excellent, it can reach all the way to the top of the stairs with ease.The extendable metal handle is a little short for me (can be tough on your back) and I am only 5'4".The only real criticism I have, is the cleaning of the cylinder. My old VAX MACH was extremely easy to clean, just empty, disassemble and then wash out. This one however has a section in the middle, between the vortex nozzles and the collection chamber, which collects very fine dust particles, because of it's enclosed nature I doesn't look as if it would be advisable to wash out as it cannot be aired for drying. Luckily I have access to an air compressor which blows out the majority of small dust particles. Without this I think it could get a build up of dirt quite quickly causing a loss of suction.

Perfect! You can wear it anywhere, and it does what its supposed to do.

This vacuum came highly recommended from various online sources and reviews but seemed almost too cheap to be likely to be a decent workhorse.To be fair, the suction on it is extraordinary and you might think that's a great thing; but it makes it a real struggle to move around on carpet. This coupled with the flimsy, thin plastic main head adds to the issue because it has no weight to help it to glide. Plus, it also makes you feel that it won't last for any length of time with so much tension and pressure going through it.And unfortunately that feeling of poor quality was borne out almost immediately as the small motorised upholstery and rug cleaning head stopped working after only 10 minutes. It made a great reassuringly busy and effective whirring sound when we started but totally gave up the ghost on our rug after a very short amount of time.It is reasonably lightweight, and it does have some good accessories (in particular both a long and short hose) and honestly if you only had wood floors I think it would be a bargain - but even Arnold Schwarzenegger would struggle with it on carpet, and the build quality is poor along with the motorised head being clearly a bit temperamental.Very disappointed.

Everything as expected

Bought this to replace our Shark upright hoover and as it was recommended as good for pet hair (we have a long haired German Shepherd)The suction, as stated by others, is great…too good at times and lifts my carpet and a struggle to push, but you can lessen it by moving the air control valve.The biggest disappointment is the way it empties. There’s a catch to flip to tip the contents out like on most hoovers, but it doesn’t empty fully and you have to give it a good shake. I hadn’t realised (I didn’t fully read the instructions!) there’s a filter under the plastic bit in the bucket, which hair gets twisted around and will eventually block, then the hoover won’t switch on! Due to the hairiness of our dog, this means every time we empty the hoover, we have to put our hand inside the dust filled bucket to twist the plastic bit to pull the hair off from around the filter - not great as you always get a dirty hand. Will use until it packs in and then revert back to a different brand.

Only had it a few weeks and so far it’s been all l’d hoped for.It’s powerful enough for my needs and not too weighty.
