I decided to try this pickled garlic after hearing about its unique flavor and how it pairs well with rice. When I opened the container, I was a bit surprised by the color; the garlic does looked quite yellowish and not very appealing. However, I found that it wasn't as green as the photo, and the taste was a pleasant mix of sweet and tangy, which I enjoyed. On the downside, the smell is really strong and a bit off-putting. Also, it doesn't soften like fresh garlic when cooked, which means you have to chop it up manually, and that can be a bit of a hassle.Pros:- Unique sweet and tangy flavor that complements rice.- Color looks unappealing but isn’t as bad when you taste it.Cons:- Strong and off-putting smell.- Doesn't soften like fresh garlic; requires manual chopping.

The garlic has no green on it. this garlic is brownish, yellow. Not appetizing at all, has nothing to do with the false advertisement

Unless these were not the bright jade green as shown as in the photo. I think they probably enhanced that photo quite a bit. It was a very light yellowish green. You could tell that it was slightly green, but it wasn’t that bright, vibrant green that you see in the photo. And that’s gonna be normal that Jade green shade. It all depends on the garlic that is used and the time of the year and so forth so I kind of let that slide. I could smell the garlic smell when I open the bag this and when I mean by opening the bag, this comes in a protective plastic bag Itself right so it’s double bagged and I could smell the garlic through the double bagging need to transfer this garlic and it’s liquid to a Ziploc bag when it’s opened and refrigerate it because this does not have a Ziploc action to it. Or you can put it in a glass jar as wellThe taste is really good it’s pickled garlic, so you have to like pickled food items and you have to like garlic has a great garlic taste with that vinegar. I like eating this with rice and fatty meats, like pork belly .. It really helps cut through the grease. It’s totally excellent.

I didn't know that when I opened package that the vinegar liquid came pouring out, wasn't very happy about that-I discarded the order in garbage
