Does well masking the taste.
The honey definitely helps with the taste. It’s very earthy

Alright taste, but effective.
I'm not to fond of the taste. It was hard to get all of the honey out of each stick but the product helped with energy and circulation.

Your Mileage May Vary
I was mostly attracted to this because of the honey as I'm unfamiliar with shilajit. Maybe if you like that flavor, you'll like this, but I wasn't really a fan. The honey flavor is not very strong. I always like cylindrical containers, which this comes in, and each serving is individually sealed.

Tastes like bad bbq sauce
This has no taste of honey. All it has is a strong artificial smoke taste. No molasses taste. It has silicone plastic aftertaste, so not even the package is made of. AVOID.

They say it's good
Son is using this - it's a bit strong and thick for me. He, however, is into all things natural and uses it in his tea, even on some foods.

Weird Stuff
Shilajit is kind of weird stuff, that varies depending on where it's sourced. If you've decided that it's the thing for you, or want to try it out, using the infused honey is a simple and painless way to work it in. Hot or cold tea is the obvious vehicle for this, but there's no reason you couldn't put it on fruit, or toast, or wherever else you might want to normally use plain honey. (As with anything that might be considered a supplement, do your research and/or check with your healthcare provider, of course)The stuff is also relatively pricey, so this 30-count container is a way to cut cost per unit down. It also makes individual servings easy. Check the amount of product you actually get when comparing purchase choices. This particular one has sticks and concentrations that are higher than some that appear similar. They also come in a sturdy heavy tube that keeps them contained and out of the way without taking up much space. Some brands don't have a use by date noted; this one suggests using them within two years of the manufacture date. Considering that honey is one natural product that can have an EXTREMELY long "shelf life", I personally wouldn't worry too much about this aspect. Archaeologists have found entombed Egyptian honey thousands of years old ... and still good...seriously!
