I had to contact the seller with a missing nozzle and I can’t praise them enough for their quick responses and getting another sent to me, I would highly recommend the product and the seller, they were brilliant .

This is an excellent set of hair stylers, one large brush, one a bit smaller for shorter hair styles, a straightener comb + attachment to use like a hair dryer. I use it at least three times a week, gives a nice finish to my hair, easy to use. If mine broke down I would buy another one.

Works well and I'm pleased with the results but rather large handle for smaller or arthritic hands.

Ok styler, but would be much better if it had a rotating brush, and if the latter brush had a larger barrel.Goof heat distribution dries hair quickly but a bit fiddly , probably better for shorter hair styles..Not as happy with it as I thought I would be. Arrived well packaged and on time.

I bought this to replace previous Nicky Clarke hair styler. This is a new and improved version. I love it.

I have been buying Nicky Clarke's hot brushes for more years than I can remember; I keep one for travelling and another in my bedroom and always have one/two spares as I've always been worried in case it failed and I was about to go out (I am a terrible stockpiler!) or if it was discontinued. It's been the only brush I've ever found that 'does my hair'. So when my current brush finally overheated and cut out after many years of use, I grabbed for one of my spares. They've changed the power to 1000 instead of 1200 and the brushes don't fit direct to the 'motor' - there's now a venting gap between so all the 'hot' or should I say luke warm air disappears through the vents and never reaches the brush... it just blows the hair all over the place, it's not hot enough, there's now no control and it's useless. I've broken the box of the first one so can't return and anyway it's now beyond the return date, and I've another in a box unopened. What a waste of money and if they were going to change the specification they should have made more of it. I just pressed repeat order.... it looks the same but when you drill down, the quality is simply missing. Very disappointed and feel very let down.

This is my 3rd Nicky Clarke styling brush in 20years,i literally wear them out!!! Tried others, (a cheaper one I use to travel with) but they are rubbish compared to this!!! Well worth every penny, you have everything you need, hair dryer, 2 size brushes!!! No need for anything else.

Excellent hairdryer this is my second one love the choices of brushes and good for fine hair medium length
