Worked well fixing hole in boat.
This stuff did a great job. I had a crack in the hull of my boat. I cut a hole in a compartment above the leak and dug down through the foam to repair the leak. The hole I made was about 10” x 10” x 24”. When the leak was repaired I read the instructions (hope I don’t loose my man card), Then mixed enough for 2 cubic feet. It not only filled the but mushroomed our the top. It was easy to remove the excess and cut the foam slightly below the floor. The fiberglass laid over the foam with no issues and was easy to finish and gel coat. Great product.

Works great in silicon mold prop making!
I have a project in which I need many, and I mean MANY foam skulls. I decided to try my hand at making a silicone mold of a simple skull and using this urethane to make my skulls. SUPER ECONOMICAL this way. Not too much of a learning curve either! Didn’t need mold release just mix, pour, slosh it around a little and wait 15-30 minutes to demold. Worked like a charm! Update - finally through the first set of bottles that I ordered. My skulls vary from needing 3-5 mixed ounces of product (1.5-2.5 oz each A&B) and I was able to make a total of 29 skulls and 2 small jaws. This was my first time making molds and working with a 2 part foam. Considering the learning curve I expect to get 35-40 skulls out of the next set of bottles as I have a better grip on how to reduce waste and how much product to use in which mold. I also found that leaving the foam in the mold over night lead to greater detail, less shrinkage and a better skinned surface. Also a little easier to demold.

Works as advertised, easy to use.
Works as advertised. Easy to mix and pour. Fairly firm after expansion and set up. Be careful, what you see when you pour is not what you get so it’s easy to pour too much and over expand. Better to use too little and add more as needed. I used it to build a false floor in a Gheenoe boat, using it as a filler between floor and hull, and to add floatation. As stated, easy to use and a reasonable working time. Also it’s a little more economical than some other name brands from marine/boat building suppliers.

Solid. Easy to use. And a little fun.
This stuff is awesome! And actually pretty fun. I used it to insulate a home-made keg cooler. I had a trash can, I built a wood frame around it, and filled the walls in between with this stuff. It is incredibly EASY!! Just mix equal parts of each ingredient in a disposable container, whip it together well and pour. The foam begins to form and rise immediately, and is rock solid in just a couple of minutes. If you’re debating if the 2 lb. kit is sturdy enough for your project, trust me, it’s really sturdy stuff when dry. I can barely dent it when I firmly poke it with a finger. I have no doubt the weight of the trash can full of ice and a sixtel keg will be solidly supported with this stuff around it. It also filled in around the 1/2” drain pipe in the bottom of the cooler no problem. I did it in small batches so that it wouldn’t overflow onto my floor, but I did overfill the space I needed just a bit. So all I had to do was take a small hand saw (a serrated knife would work fine) and trim the excess foam off. A little goes a long way, it only took a little over a half of the 1-gallon 2 lb. kit to fill my project (which is probably about right given the 4 cubic feet recommendation). Photos are are of the bottom of the cooler, before, and after filling and trimming.

Great epoxy and cheaper than most others.
Remade a transom on a fiberglass ski boat. This stuff takes between 2 hours and 24 hours to cure to non-tacky state. In full sun on an 85⁰ day it's around 2 hours depending on how much hardener you use. We were making 4oz batches with 25-35 drops of hardener depending on how quickly we wanted it to dry. Seems to cure just as strong as the original fiberglass on the boat.

Worked better than I hoped, Very pleased
it says not to use when the temperature is below 70. I didnt have anywhere indoors to put the boat my wife and I are building, so we figured we'd try it anyway. We left the bottles inside untill we were ready. It was 63 degress in the sun. It Worked perfectly. Expanded way more than I thought it would at that temp and hardened up good. Will be ordering more. Thanks for the fast delivery too.

It is good stuff
It's good stuff, I'm not sure how expensive it is to produce, it seems just a little expensive to buy. This one gallon kit was enough to almost fill in the front half of my 10 ft sit on top kayak. Ive ran into metal and sharp rocks in a river i like to go to, that is what convinced me to buy this. I did expect it to fill in more then it did, but i think that was a miscalculation on my end. Would recommend the product. When it does fully cure it is fairly stout and firm which I like. The standing area on my kayak is nice and solid instead of being bendy and flexible, it slightly warped my deck but it isn't enough to bother me, I may have stood on it while it was expanding if I could go back in time. Would buy more if I find a good application for it.
